cottage has 900 sq. ft. The bathroom has a shower, toilet,
and sink.

The
Kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, dishes, microwave, silverware, pots and pans.
One bedroom
has a queen bed. There is also a sofa bed. This cottage will
sleep a total 4 people.
$700 per
week. 50% down to hold reservation. Balance is due 30 days
in advance of arrival. $200 cancellation fee during July and
August.
$400 per
week during September & October. Weekends available for $100
per night-2 night minimum. $1000 per month for September or
October.
Friday
afternoon check in and check out Sunday afternoon for only $200.
